Our delicatessen shop
We have a wide range of fresh fish in our shop – e.g. salmon steaks, sliced smoked and dry cured salmon, salmon & shellfish salads, freshly-smoked herring and mackerel etc.
We also offer ready-cooked food from our kitchen. The range varies according to season, demand and the imagination of the kitchen staff. A selection of food on offer is fish au gratin, salmon pastries, salmon kebabs, salads, soups, pies, baguettes, salmon pizza, salmon burgers and crêpes. Perfect for lunch/dinner, meetings at work or a conference! You can be sure we always use carefully chosen raw ingredients in the dishes.
