Enter our recipe competition and you could win a GLOBAL knife! Send in your best recipe for salmon, mackerel or herring.
The competition is ongoing and a winner is appointed every month. The winning recipe is published under the heading”Recipe of the Month”. It should be for 4 persons and contain as much detail as possible, including measurements, ingredients and method of preparation. We need your entry by the last day of each month at the latest. Tävlingsregler
At least one product from Falkenberg Salmon Smoke-house should be included in the recipe. The recipes are judged by our jury and the winner will be announced at www.falkenbergslax.se. The winning recipe, together with a mouth-watering picture of the dish, will be published and the winning competitor will receive a GLOBAL knife. Recipes published without a picture will win a cinema ticket. The decision of the jury is final. Falkenberg Salmon Smoke-house retains the right to use the contributions received in future marketing.
